dc.description.abstract | Denne Studien ble designet for å se om det var noen signifikant forskjell i hastighet (vmax), maksimal power (Pmax) maksimal kraft (Fmax), tid og distanse i et 1RM løft i benkpress etter to forskjellige oppvarmingsprotokoller.
