dc.description.abstractThe main topic of this thesis is creativity as a phenomenon in an organizational context. The empirical data has been extracted through the outcome of semi-structured interviews of three participants from the dissertation's case. Focus has been set on the participants stories, reflections, experiences and knowledge, establishing the case as a unifying basis. The thesis has identified opportunities that has been revealed by opposing combinations of methodological approaches, ontology and epistemology. At the same time such an interconnected approach requires ability to concentrate on themes and issues, emphasizing similarities, converging perspectives and grant them sufficient space.no_NO
