According to my experiences in the classroom, having enough time to adapt education to each student is one of the biggest challenges we have as teachers. Each student should be seen and met at his/her own learning level. And teachers have to do this in a classroom where there may be up to 30 students. How do you go about this to make it a little easier in everyday life? According to Statistisk Sentralbyrå Norge, homework has little or no impact on school performance. In Norway, students have relatively short school days and thus the effect of homework, according to Statistics Norway's report, is even less. By flipping the classroom, the time students would spend on homework, is reduced. And you can use the time you used to spend on going through homework and teaching new material in the classroom, to facilitate varied and customized training.no_NO
