Samspill og organisasjonskultur i Bjugn kommune
Abstract
Different Norwegian governments have over the past decades initiated a lot of reform
programs in public sector. This reform programs have been implemented in the Norwegian
municipalities as a result of governmental directives. The main reasons of this reform
programs are based on a strategy to create a more effective and user oriented public sector.
Norwegian governments have adopted the international practice of new public management
(NPM) as an inspiration and strategy for there reforms.
The subject of my study is: “How much does a practice of NPM influence the
organizational conditions in the municipality of Bjugn?”
